About the Role
- You will be Eats365’s resident bug catcher! Of course, we don’t mean in a literal sense, but your mastery of quality control and testing will ensure that our released apps and features will be completely bug-free! As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will build a new automation testing framework that can help us perform vital checks on all new products to guarantee the highest quality possible.
- Your role is of paramount importance in helping restaurants leverage new and exciting tech that will help them thrive in today’s challenging F&B landscape.
What You'll do
- Develop a new automation testing framework.
- Build and improve current application test practices.
- Design and execute test plans and report defects on assigned systems.
- Identify application issues, report discrepancies, prepare test reports and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to ensure that all aspects of quality are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process.
- Continuously re-run test cases until they meet set standards.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 1-year experience in IT quality assurance, developing test plans and managing software testing using testing tools, concepts and QA methodologies.
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage, such as Selenium, Appuim, etc.
- A self-starter with good analytical problem-solving skills to manage and organize multiple tasks; tenacious and meticulous in meeting the highest product quality and standards.
- Good written English and Chinese.
