About the Role
- This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Malaysia’s restaurant scene. As a Sales Specialist, you will help introduce restaurants of different types to our forward-thinking F&B solution.
- You will also think critically and recommend the right products to streamline their operations.
What You'll do
- Meet with different types of restaurants and share the value and benefits of our company’s solution.
- Learn the ins and outs of customers’ business and use our system to optimize and streamline their operations.
- Take a keen interest in ensuring customers’ business growth.
- Showcase the benefits of our F&B tech in meaningful ways to customers.
- Make F&B tech accessible, exciting and relevant to business owners – especially those who are, switching from older legacy systems (or no systems at all!).
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customers enjoy a smooth transition and implementation of our system.
- Gather customer insights to share with our Tech Team so we can continue to innovate with useful features that customers will love.
What You'll Need
- Consultative sales experience.
- Tech-savvy and able to connect the dots in restaurant operations; knowledge of cloud-based technology would be an advantage.
- A passion for the F&B industry/food is a plus.
- Driven and proactive with excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
